Joseph Dailey is a 2003 graduate of George Mason University School of Law.  Mr. Dailey started his work in criminal defense law in 2004, as an assistant public defender for Fairfax County, Virginia.  As a public defender, Mr. Dailey gained experience representing both adult and juvenile clients in traffic cases, serious criminal misdemeanors, drug cases, and violent felonies.

Since 2007, Mr. Dailey has been an associate at the Magee Law Firm.  He has continued to represent clients in a variety of traffic and criminal defense cases in Northern Virginia.  The focus of much of Mr. Dailey’s practice has been in field of juvenile justice, where he has represented hundreds of juveniles in the court system in cases ranging from truancy to serious gang activity felonies.

Joseph Dailey is an active member in the Fairfax County Bar Association, The McLean Bar Association, The Virginia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, The George Mason University Inn of Court, and the Fairfax County Juvenile Drug Court Committee.

Mr. Dailey is licensed to practice law in Virginia.
